Affinegy's CTO Speaks January 6, 2006 at the International CES, Connections™ Conference Panel, "Making the Network Work"
If you find home networking a challenge to set up, or as a service provider difficult to deploy and support; come hear leaders in the wireless and broadband networking industry, including Affinegy's CTO, Art Lancaster discuss these problems and their solutions at the International CES, Connections™ Sessions panel topic "Making the Network Work" sponsored by Parks Associates.
In his portion Mr. Lancaster will describe how smart home networking set up and management software, such as Affinegy's InstaLAN, is helping make self-installation of home networking instant and easy for leading broadband service providers and their subscribers. Further advanced services like gaming and music/media can be automatically set up without complex user settings - even on secure wireless networks.
Beyond set up, keeping the home network working is critical. Smart client software, like InstaLAN, automatically connects users to their own networks and avoids many wireless network pitfalls, such as hung routers, accidental connections to a neighbor's network, or having free-riders jump on and steal bandwidth.
Plan on attending International CES 2006 and coming to these informative panel sessions.
