DigiDo Care (DDC) delivers rich consumer intelligence and network performance visibility to broadband service providers, device manufacturers, network gear vendors, and other solution providers in the converged Digital Lifestyle Network. DDC allows our customers and partners to gain comprehensive insight into key configuration, asset, performance, and fault information within the consumer’s Digital Lifestyle environment.
For the first time, that visibility spans both “wired” and “wireless” network devices, retail and custom hardware in the consumer’s Digital Lifestyle Network. The essential data necessary to resolve end user issues is now easily accessed by customer care resources. That speeds issue resolution, shortens call times, and eliminates truck rolls.
