Vice President of Customer Experience
As VP of Customer Experience for Affinegy, Lori leads sales, marketing and customer operations programs, and is responsible for end-to-end customer satisfaction and success. Lori is charged with leading and developing the team and tools supporting Affinegy’s rapid growth.
Lori draws from 20+ years of experience across multiple industries in various operational and leadership positions, working with companies such as Nortel Networks, GE, and Sprint Telecom. Most recently, she held the position of General Manager at TransUnion Healthcare, where she helped integrate and scale customer operations, improving top line growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Lori also has experience in the public sector; as part of the executive team for the Texas Department of Public Safety, she spearheaded innovative technology and operational improvement initiatives for the State.
Lori graduated Cum Laude from Ottawa University in Kansas with a BA in Management and Organizational Behavior, and received her law degree from University of Kansas in 2007. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
